Jewellery Lesson: Carving Meaning
Wax to metal with Lucinda Barrett
Sunday, 12th July 2026, 1-3 pm
What you will make
-
Wax carving for your pendant, charm (A completed wax model ready for casting.)
The aim is for everyone to complete a meaningful piece within our time of 120 mins focusing on creativity and individuality.
At the heart of the session is a simple question: what makes a piece of jewellery truly special to us? What gives a charm its meaning?
The idea is that when we create something with intention, we give it meaning. It becomes more than an object, it carries a story, a memory, or a feeling that is uniquely our own.
The workshop runs for 2 hours, including a tea break.
