Sari is the co-founder of Sui, a fragrance studio known for contemporary and innovative scents that bridge East and West. She is widely recognised as one of Japan’s leading perfumers and travels internationally to collaborate and share her techniques.

With deep knowledge of both traditional Japanese Kōdō (incense ceremony) and Western perfumery, Sari brings bold originality to her work. With her background in music composition, she often crafts fragrances as if composing sound finding harmony between music and scent. Her perfumes are guided by rhythm and melody, creating atmospheres of tranquillity and resonance.
