Almond Flower Single Earring

Almond Flower Single Earring

An Almond Flower for the 耳朵 Ěrduǒ [Ear]

The first flower to bloom abundantly during the Chinese spring, the almond flower is a symbol of rebirth and femininity. A full-bodied fragrance and a sea of flowers budding along the banks of the Yer-erqiang River in Xinjian. Also representing fortitude in sorrow, the splendor of warmth and bountiful harvests following cold, watchful winters.

A Singular Almond Charm Earring in 925 Sterling Silver with a 12mm Sleeper.

Hand made in Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa.

Sold as a single earring

九 JIǓ [9] Collection

九 JIǓ [9] is a return to memory, heritage and the soft permanence of past blessings.

Inspired by a pair of baby-bracelets gifted to Wilbur at birth by a thoughtful aunt. With each bracelet charm signifying a specific incarnation of joy and protection for the child. The collection reflects on love born of hope and well wishes, recreating the nine charms in fine metals, and placing them amongst jade and pure silk. Gently mirroring the powerful meanings of the original charms, each piece is designed to be cherished and kept as a token of consideration.

Made from existing materials found throughout Aotearoa, the collection is a soft investigation of culture and place.
